At least he won't be on his own then. I'm not doing very well trying to track him. The detector - well, it's telling me there isn't a signal.

Well, there wouldn't be. The detector finds the time anomalies. Whose to say there aren't other types of anomalies out there, ones that bridge universes rather than just time.

What's causing this could be completely different.
