Got someone to take the dogs out? I thought I might go for a run.

[ CES gives him steep mountain-slopes that make him think of the Alps, or maybe Colorado. There are thick belts of trees, wide grassy meadows, and above, the looming rock streaked with snow.
He runs along what's probably a deer trail, hardly more than a thin line of dirt through the green grass. He's quick and agile, occasionally jumping from rock to rock, occasionally pausing to decide how best to navigate the trickier spots, like the mud from meltwater or the areas with steep drops.
The dogs follow along behind him and range out, barking and playing.
Eventually, he finds himself at a little clear pond, from both a spring and melted snow, he thinks. It's cool water, and just what he needs, after working up a sweat. He pulls off his shirt, sets the iPod (circa 2007) on top of it, slips out of socks and shoes and submerges himself in just the running shorts.
He keeps the running shorts in case someone else walks in.
Catch him on the run (he has his iPod earbuds in, so he might not hear you at first), or in the rock pool, or sitting down on the meadow afterward to dry. ]
